Cambodia HCVI's first projects as an organization were initiated in Cambodia. It is a beautiful but very poor country located in Southeast Asia.  It is famous for Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located in Siam Reap, in the northern part of the country.

The largest city is Phnom Penh, which is also the capital of Cambodia. HCVI Cambodia is based at the National Pediatric Hospital (NPH), located at 100 Russian Federation Boulevard in Phnom Penh. In addition to volunteers, HCVI has permanent staff to oversee its many and varied projects.
